Product Introduction
Our machine is developed using state-of-the-art high technology in cooperation with professional engineers. It is a mask making equipment widely recognized for its high production speed, high stability and full configurations. What the operator need do is putting the raw materials on the feeder, after completing all settings, let the machine run automatically. Mask machine manufacturing machine with raw materials (nose silk, non-woven and melt-blown fabrics) welded into a plane mask, can independently produce three layers of masks, cut complete flat mask. It realizes virtual full-process automatically production, except packaging process which requires only 2 worker.

Brief Operating Instructions
Software in automatic mode
The operation touch screen of the software for the mask making machine is above the operation panel of the main machine (mask body machine). The main interface is shown in the following figure.
The automatic interface controls and displays the speed of the frequency converter, moving speed of the conveyor chain for the spot welding machine (namely ear band maker), winding speed of the spot welding machine and the rotation speed of the motor in the distributor. In this paper, we will call the ear band maker close to the main body Spot Welding Machine 1, and another ear band maker away from the main body Spot Welding Machine 2.
