Our cerium dioxide polishing powder is made from mixed rare earth hydroxides (intermediate raw material after chemical treatment of rare earth concentrate), which are chemically pretreated to obtain rare earth salt solution. The intermediate (precipitator) is added to convert it into medium purity (W(REO)>90% and w(CeO2):70-85%) cerium based rare earth polishing powder in red and white color. Average particle size (D50) is :1.0-1.2μm in our cerium oxide polishing powder. The product is mainly suitable for the high speed polishing of medium precision small spherical lens of optical instruments

Compared with high-purity cerium rare earth polishing powder, our cerium dioxide polishing powder powder can reduce the liquid concentration of polishing powder by 11%, increase the polishing speed by 35%, improve the product’s smoothness by one grade, and increase the service life of polishing powder by 30%.
